Terrace on Wilmington is one of the best options for small to medium events in downtown Raleigh. The venue is the second floor of a building that can ALSO be utilized for larger Kosher-only events by utilizing the downstairs which is typically a religion space owned by the local Chabad organization.
We are partners with Chabad, and are able to book the whole building if you are looking to use the Kosher kitchen and have a large scale event for 150-200 people by using the downstairs as well as the upstairs.

What We Offer
Preferred Bar + Catering Options
Our in-house kitchen is Kosher-only, and we can’t provide a kitchen for use – but we do allow outside catering in via our trusted and exclusive catering and bar options.
Location + Parking
Terrace is in the heart of Raleigh, and is right next door to a large covered parking deck – making it easy for your guests to find a spot.
Inviting Space + Patio
Our interior is beautiful and spacious and inviting, but the star of our show is always the outdoor 2nd floor patio. It is large (seating up to 40 people) with inviting plants, TV’s and overhead heating for 4 season use.
Includes Table + Chairs
We offer the inclusion of tables and chairs for up to 125 people with our rental. We also include use of our sound system and microphone, as well as the use of the gas heaters on the patio.
Pricing
Pricing at Terrace is like many event venues – it depends on factors like time of day, time of year and what day of the week.
Our typical peak season weekend rate for the upstairs only is $2,500 for the venue (up to 8 hours) plus the use of one of our preferred bar providers.
If you are looking to also utilize the Kosher Kitchen and the downstairs, the total venue rental with our inclusions would be $6,000.
You are welcome to use any catering you like, though we do have preferred arrangements with AC Events, Longleaf Swine and Rocky Top Catering that will provide amazing food at the best price.
